Boesmanskloof: Our Sacred Heritage

!Xam Kwasi !Gixa — Healers and Herbalists

Where Spirit, Plant, and Story Remember One Another

Welcome to Our Sanctuary

Step into a space where time moves differently, where the rustle of dried herbs carries ancestral voices, and the scent of roots and resins speaks of memory, ritual, and return. At !Xam Kwasi !Gixa, you are invited into a relationship with yourself, with the Earth, and with indigenous botanical traditions. You are welcome here, to sit, to sip, to ask, and to reconnect.

Sacred Rock Art & Botanical Atmosphere

The visual identity of our sanctuaries mirrors the natural beauty and spiritual traditions of the land. Cave-like artwork, ochre-tinted murals, and sacred symbols line our sanctuary walls, drawing inspiration from traditional San rock art and natural heritage sites like Boesmanskloof. In our spaces, visual art and the scent of wild herbs invite visitors to explore Southern Africa’s natural and cultural heritage.

Our Kwasi !Gixa — Traditional Healers & Herbalists

Our sanctuaries and botanical practices are guided by Dr Petrus Arnoldus Kotze (!Kui : tan nja) and Lady Genna (Dr Bobo). They work to preserve South Africa’s indigenous traditions and provide spiritual consultation and herbal guidance.
